Year of the Rabbit

The Year of the Rabbit starts on the 3rd February. But what does this mean? Were you born a Rabbit?

The Years of the Rabbit
If you were born on these years then you are a Rabbit. I was born in 1986 which was the Year of the Tiger and Baby Al was born 2010 in April making him a Tiger too. But if you're having a child after February 3rd they will be born under the new Chinese Year of The Rabbit.

Dates: 1915, 1927, 1939, 1951, 1963, 1975, 1987, 1999. 2011

More About Rabbit People
People born in the Year of the Rabbit are articulate, talented, and ambitious. They are virtuous, reserved, and have great taste. Rabbit people are admired, trusted, and are often financially lucky. They are fond of gossip but are tactful and generally kind. Rabbit people seldom lose their temper. They are clever at business and never back out of a contract. They are most compatible with those born in the years of the Sheep, Pig, and Dog.

Vietnamese zodiac for rabbit is taken by cat. This is because in Chinese rabbit sounds like "méo" which is what cat is in Vietnamese. In the Chinese Zodiac cat is not in it at all.
