Number 1: Happy Birthday!
Yesterday it was Baby Al's 1st Birthday. He got lots of toys and clothes and had a lovely time with family members at his Nana and Grandad H's house.
Number 2: Swimming.
I took Baby Al swimming. It... didn't go to plan really, but a few minutes before we had to get out he started to calm down and enjoy himself. It is a big pool and had music playing so probably was a bit scary. He did smile every time he saw another baby and even played ball with another little boy!
Number 3: Allotment.... maybe?
Not set in stone but we put ourselves on a waiting list for an allotment. I want to have a hobby and I know Not-So-Petit Dad (also known as Techy Dad) would like to have a place to grow our own food. I would also like to teach our son where food comes from and get him involved at some point too. Would be nice to have a gardening space for the three of us to enjoy.
